Terms of use
These terms cover the 3Tech Solutions website and the future private QuickBooks integration for the owner’s own company.

Authorized use
The integration is reserved for authorized internal use. It is not a public offering, a Marketplace service, or an access method for third-party companies.
Read-only operation
Accounting audit functions must only retrieve QuickBooks data through GET requests. They must not create, change, pay, reconcile, or delete accounting transactions.
Professional advice
Technical or accounting findings are analytical information. They do not replace advice from a qualified accountant, tax professional, or lawyer. The owner remains responsible for all decisions.
Access and security
The owner must protect credentials, restrict access, and revoke the connection if unauthorized use is suspected. Application secrets must never be placed in source code or a repository.
Availability and liability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, 10713171 Canada Inc. is not responsible for interruptions caused by Intuit, QuickBooks, Cloudflare, or another provider.
Governing law and contact
